General maintenance questions

  • Our standard maintenance service includes a comprehensive chemical check and adjustment, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, brushing the pool walls and tile line, skimming the surface for debris, and inspecting essential equipment to ensure everything is functioning properly. Additional services, such as vacuuming or backwashing, can be added based on your specific needs. Specific information can be found

  • The frequency of service depends on factors like usage, location, and environmental conditions. For most residential pools, we recommend weekly maintenance to ensure optimal water quality and equipment performance. Commercial pools often require more frequent service to meet health and safety standards.

  • Absolutely! We offer fully customizable maintenance plans to fit your preferences. Whether you want us to handle everything or prefer occasional assistance, we’ll create a plan tailored to your schedule, pool type, and specific needs.

  • We do not require contracts for residential maintenance services. You can schedule services as needed, though many clients opt for recurring plans for convenience and consistent care. Commercial clients may benefit from service agreements to ensure regulatory compliance and routine upkeep.

  • This is difficult to answer as it depends on several factors including the size of your pool, external weather factors,  and the services scheduled. More extensive tasks, such as vacuuming require additional time.

Chemical balancing

  • Chemicals are not included in our standard pricing. If you have chemicals available, we’re happy to use them first. Otherwise, we supply chemicals as needed and charge at standard rates.

  • We begin every visit by testing the water’s chemical balance, including sanitizer, pH, and total alkalinity levels for a normal visit. Based on the results, we adjust the chemicals to maintain safe and healthy water conditions.

  • Yes, if we identify a chemical imbalance, we will address it during the maintenance visit. This may involve adding chemicals or making other adjustments to restore balance and ensure the water is safe for swimming.

  • Saltwater systems require different maintenance approaches, primarily focusing on monitoring salt levels, maintaining the generator, and keeping a closer eye on PH levels. We are experienced in managing both systems and will tailor our service to your pool’s specific setup.
